Devin Desktop version 3.9.19 shipped in early September 2026, bringing significant changes to agent management and user experience. With the removal of Cascade, Devin Local is now the sole agent available in the desktop application. Users can migrate existing conversations to the new agent using the Continue in Devin Local prompt.

- The agent location picker has been revamped to show Local, Worktree, and Cloud as top-level options, making it easier for users to navigate and manage their agents.
- The agent sidebar now displays sessions updated in the last 30 days by default, and the inbox list view features per-row checkboxes for batch archive and unarchive.
- Trigger menus have been improved to prevent accidental openings, and the Cmd/Ctrl+F shortcut now opens find-in-page in Devin Review and embedded Devin web surfaces.
- PR cards have gained new actions, including Open Devin Review, Open in Desktop tab, Close PR, and Git settings, enhancing the overall GitHub integration experience.
- The update also includes several bug fixes, such as resolving issues with attaching to dev containers, Remote-WSL activation, and MCP registry fetches behind corporate proxies.
